Beaver Hill Auction Services / Hwy 14 Trading Post have aligned our business in such a fashion as to be of service
to all that visit our establishment. We are able to source just about anything and to assist
in marketing, just about anything. Our sister company, Clover Bar Feeds Ltd., offers
a complete line of livestock feeds, equipment, tack and veterinary supplies.
Boasting a diversity of skills gathered over a combined 150 years of experience provides an unequalled level of product knowledge. Where Are We Located?
Tofield is approximately 60 km (40 miles) southeast of Edmonton on Highway 14.
You will find us on the service road of businesses (in two green metal-sided
buildings) on the north side of the highway at the eastern end of town.
Consignment Policy
- Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any product submitted for consignment.
- Items accepted for consignment shall be sold to the highest bidder by public auction.
- The consignor shall certify that he/she is the owner/agent of the consigned goods and has the title and right to sell and that they are free from all encumberances.
- The consignor shall agree to accept all responsibility for providing merchantable title and for delivery of title to the purchaser.
- The consignor agrees to hold harmless the auctioneers against any claims of the nature referred to in this agreement
- Any item(s) not selling and delivered into the possession of Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd.may be scrapped by Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. with no monies payable to the consignor.
- All large unsold items will be charged a $35 dumping fee.
- All goods left in the possession of Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. are left at owner's risk.
- Settlement of all sales will be made in full within 28 days from sale date.

Auction Purchases Terms & Conditions
- All goods are sold on an "as is" basis and any description of goods is set out or offered as a guide only; products owned and sold directly by Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. shall be described as accurately as possible. In the event of a demonstable discrepancy between description and actual condition, Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. will accept return of the product and provide a full refund minus shipping costs.
- Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. accepts no responsibility for errors in description by consignors, it being the responsibility of buyers to inspect the property immediately upon delivery, and satisfy themselves as to condition, age, authenticity. In case of discrepancy between description and actual condition, Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. will initiate a dispute resolution procedure between buyer and consignor.
- All goods must be settled for by approved cheque within 21 days from sale day, or by approved credit card on sale day.
- Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times and in all cases of dispute the Auctioneer's decision shall be final.
- I hereby certify that I understand the terms and conditions of sale and that I will be responsible for paying for the goods charged to me.
- If I pay by cheque, I further certify that there is now on deposit to my credit at the Bank on which the cheque is drawn, sufficient cleared funds to meet payment and that said funds will remain available for payment of said cheque upon presentation.
- If my cheque is not honored for any reason I understand that I will face civil and/or criminal charges which will not be withdrawn.
- I (we) agree to assign any or all properties, goods or chattels to the selling agent (Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd.) under the Personal Property Securities Act in order that they may recover any monies owing against purchases whether arising from N.S.F. cheques, unpaid purchases or uncleared credit cards.
