Consignment Policy
- Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any product submitted for consignment.
- Items accepted for consignment shall be sold to the highest bidder by public auction.
- The consignor shall certify that he/she is the owner/agent of the consigned goods and has the title and right to sell and that they are free from all encumberances.
- The consignor shall agree to accept all responsibility for providing merchantable title and for delivery of title to the purchaser.
- The consignor agrees to hold harmless the auctioneers against any claims of the nature referred to in this agreement
- Any item(s) not selling and delivered into the possession of Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd.may be scrapped by Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. with no monies payable to the consignor.
- All large unsold items will be charged a $35 dumping fee.
- All goods left in the possession of Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. are left at owner's risk.
- Settlement of all sales will be made in full within 28 days from sale date.
- Products which will not be accepted for consignment include the following:
- Alcohol
- Catalogs - Current Issues
- Counterfeit Currency and Stamps
- Counterfeit Items
- Credit Cards
- Drugs & Drug Paraphernalia
- Embargoed Goods and Prohibited Countries
- Firearms
- Fireworks
- Government IDs and Licenses
- Human Parts and Remains
- Links and Credits
- Lockpicking Devices
- Lottery Tickets
- Mailing Lists and Personal Information
- Postage Meters
- Prescription Drugs and Devices
- Recalled Items
- Stocks and Other Securities
- Stolen Property
- Surveillance Equipment
- Tobacco
- Travel Vouchers
- TV Descramblers
