Consignment Policy

• Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any product submitted for consignment.
• Items accepted for consignment shall be sold to the highest bidder by public auction.
• The consignor shall certify that he/she is the owner/agent of the consigned goods and has the title and right to sell and that they are free from all encumberances.
• The consignor shall agree to accept all responsibility for providing merchantable title and for delivery of title to the purchaser.
• The consignor agrees to hold harmless the auctioneers against any claims of the nature referred to in this agreement
• Any item(s) not selling and delivered into the possession of Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd.may be scrapped by Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. with no monies payable to the consignor.
• All large unsold items will be charged a $35 dumping fee.
• All goods left in the possession of Beaver Hill Auction Services Ltd. are left at owner's risk.
• Settlement of all sales will be made in full within 28 days from sale date.
• Products which will not be accepted for consignment include the following:

  • Links and Credits

  • Mailing Lists and Personal Information
  • Postage Meters
  • Prescription Drugs and Devices
  • Recalled Items
